We're a boutique recruiting firm with big aspirations. We have a team based approach to recruiting that creates a positive and motivating environment where everyone can work within their expertise and comfort zone. We work in the construction industry and follow market trends. In the recession, we did a lot of recruiting for publicly funded projects. Our recession was their boom. Our latest focus from 2013 to present has been in multi-family construction, though High Tech and Commercial has been heating up and beginning to demand more of our attention starting early 2016. We have relationships and agreements in place with some of the largest REITs, Developers, and GCs in world as well as smaller companies where the president and/or owner is hands on next to their people.

Nic grew up in a family construction company. His father started from scratch; eventually becoming the 4th largest developer/builder in WNC specializing in low rise multifamily and light commercial.
Prior to becoming a construction executive recruiter in April of 2010, Nic managed an after paint subcontracting company where he reduced debt by over 70% in just under a year and facilitated the sale of the company to a larger firm Based in Atlanta, GA. This was 2009, in the middle of the recession in NC. Prior to that, he worked as BIC of Stafford Realty and Owner of Infinite Realty; specializing in new construction multifamily and selling properties for multiple local development companies.
